All books, lesson plans, workbooks, and downloadable materials purchased directly through this website are processed through Lulu Press, Inc. for print-on-demand (POD) services, or through our digital delivery system for downloads.

• Print-on-Demand (Physical) Products: Refunds or replacements are available only for defective or damaged items. Please contact us within 14 days of receiving your order and include a photo of the defect or damage. Refunds will be processed once verified.
• Digital Products (eBooks, Lesson Plans, Workbooks, and Answer Keys): All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once accessed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.
Purchases Through Third-Party Retailers

If you purchased materials through a third-party retailer such as Amazon, Barnes & Noble, or IngramSpark:
• Refunds or exchanges must follow the retailer’s own policies.
• We do not have access to your order or payment information.
• Refund or exchange requests must be made directly through the retailer.
