All books purchased directly through this website are fulfilled through Lulu Press using print-on-demand (POD) services. Lesson Plans, workbooks, and other downloadable materials are delivered through our secure digital delivery system.
• All books purchased through this website are fulfilled by Lulu Press using print-on-demand (POD) services. Refunds or replacements are available only for items that arrive damaged or defective. Please contact us within 14 days of delivery and include photos of the issue. Once verified, approved claims may qualify for a replacement or refund in accordance with Lulu’s fulfillment policies.
• Digital Products (Lesson Plans, Workbooks, Answer Keys and a Chapter-aligned glossary): All digital products are final sale and non-refundable once accessed. If you experience technical issues, please contact us for assistance.

• Refunds or exchanges must follow the retailer’s own policies.
