Shipping Policy

All print orders made directly through this website are fulfilled by Lulu Press, Inc., our trusted print-on-demand (POD) partner. The following terms apply to all orders processed through Lulu via this website.

 

• Processing Time: Orders typically take 3–5 business days to print before shipment.

• Delivery Estimates:
  - Domestic (U.S.): 7–14 business days
  - International: 10–21 business days depending on customs and destination.

• Shipping Costs: Shipping fees are calculated automatically at checkout based on destination and product type. Lulu determines these rates directly.

• Tracking Information: Customers receive an email with tracking details once the order is dispatched by Lulu.

• Damaged or Defective Orders: Please report any issues within 14 days of receiving your order, including a photo of the problem. Replacements or refunds are processed once Lulu verifies the damage.

• Cancellations: Orders cannot be canceled once they have entered production.

• Lost Packages: If tracking shows no delivery after 21 days (domestic) or 30 days (international), please contact us so we may work with Lulu to resolve the issue.
